1. Definitions
We provide digital financial infrastructure for the Internet. Individuals use our services to make online payments, while businesses of all scales leverage our technology to accept payments, manage payouts, and optimize online operations.
- Access Keys
- These shall refer to any confidential or secret keys, including but not limited to developer ID, certificate ID, application ID, username, and/or password, which are required by the Customer for accessing the Services.
- API or Application Program Interface
- This term encompasses components of the Application Program Interface made accessible to the Customer by the Service Provider under the terms of the Agreement.
- Applicable Laws
- Refers to all laws in force at the time of the Agreement's execution and during its term, which are applicable to the Parties involved.
2. Subscription Plans, Renewals, and Payments
Subscription Plan
The pricing, features, and options available within JAIPUR DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED Services depend on the specific Subscription Plan chosen by the Customer.
Important Note
JAIPUR DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED does not guarantee the continuous availability of a particular Subscription Plan. We retain the right to modify the prices, features, or options associated with a specific Subscription Plan without prior notice.
Recurring Charges and Upgrades
By subscribing to a Subscription Plan, the Customer grants JAIPUR DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED the authority to periodically charge the Customer's chosen payment method without requiring an invoice.
No Refunds Policy
Subscription fees, usage fees, overage fees, and any other fees related to services are non-refundable and non-creditable unless otherwise mandated by law.
3. Transaction Pricing (BBPS & Recharge)
A. BBPS Services
The following are the standard transaction charges applicable to merchants using JAIPUR DIGITAL PRIVATE LIMITED's BBPS Services.
